声グラの今月号に載ってた話だけど、三ツ矢さんがTV番組に呼びたい声優をスタッフに聞かれて「チャンスを与えたい」と思って若手声優の名前を出しても、「代表作が弱い」という理由で没になることが多いとのこと。今はゴールデンのアニメが少ないから、今後も若手はなかなか出てこないだろうなぁ……
